A new trailer for the Ridley Scott sci-fi series Raised by Wolves has been released. The series will meet with the audience at HBO Max on September 3rd.
Raised by Wolves, the sci-fi series produced and directed by Ridley Scott, who brought unforgettable movies such as Blade Runner, Alien, Thelma & Louise, Gladiator to the world of cinema, will meet the audience at HBO Max next month. This series, one of the most exciting original series to be presented to its users by HBO Max, which started broadcasting on May 27, a new trailer was released.
Raised by Wolves, created by Aaron Guzikowski, who is also the screenwriter of Denis Villeneuve’s Prisoners, was announced as a TNT series when it was first announced. Although the fact that it started its journey in TNT, which has more modest productions on a budget, raised questions about the production quality of Raised by Wolves, the trailers released so far have largely eliminated these question marks.
Ridley Scott’s Sci-Fi Series Raised by Wolves to Meet the Audience on September 3
Directed by Ridley Scott in two episodes, the series focuses on two androids tasked with raising children on a planet where humans are just starting out. As the growing colonies come to the brink of division due to religious fights, these androids will realize that controlling people’s beliefs is much more difficult than they expected.
Amanda Collin and Abubakar Salim give life to the two androids at the center of the story. Accompanying these two names is Travis Fimmel, who is known for his role as Ragnar Lothbrook in the Vikings TV series. The cast of the series also includes names such as Winta McGrath, Niamh Algar, Matias Varela, Felix Jamieson, Ethan Hazzard, Jordan Loughran, Aasiya Shah and Ivy Wong.
HBO Max, which has reached only 4.1 million subscribers so far, even though HBO users, whose number is more than 30 million, have been offered the opportunity to pass without paying an extra fee, needs interesting original productions to reach a wider audience. Time will tell whether Raised by Wolves can make such an impact, but the trailers that have been released show that the series certainly has that potential.
The series, which is intriguing with its subject and its signature Ridley Scott, will meet with the audience on September 3.
